Poor customer service I have two phones on the same contract with Tesco called in in the afternoon as my sons wasn’t working they provided me with a new SIM card and said it would be working by tomorrow. By evening neither was working called in at 4 minutes past seven and the same guy we’d seen earlier said we’re shut nothing I can do, went to the customer services desk to check the opening times and while stood under the customer services sign the girl at the other end of the desk snapped “am over ‘ere” having gone to where she wanted us rather than customer services I asked about the opening times for the phone shop and she said “the times are on the board they’re nothing to do with us” which is funny as it says Tesco on my contract and Tesco in the shop which is in a Tesco store rubbish service all round
The store was more useful for me when it used to be 24 hour — but the stock is fairly decent. Also the staff have either been quite lovely or quite rude… concerning all of my supermarket shopping, this store has probably had the rudest interactions I’ve had. I remember a lady with glasses coming to clear an age-restricted item for me, and she randomly said “you’re welcome” when I hadn’t said anything then stormed off onto the next person. Strange — but as a reliable store, it doesn’t deserve a lower rating than three stars
Unhelpful staff for the petrol station had any diesel can pay inside my business fuel card can’t pay it pump no help from staff it was chaos

A large store with plenty of parking l, it was busy but we didn't struggle to get a parent and child parking space. A great selection in store there is also a greggs and a yo-sushi counter. Even though it was busy we only waited around a minute to checkout
Lorraine, Checkout Manager is a credit to Tesco. She handled a concern I had in the most professional, personal, caring and efficient manner. I only rated the store with a 4 due to my complaint in the first instance. I left the store completely satisfied. 5* for Lorraine X
Fantastic place to visit,I love coming here,so much to do and the staff are So friendly can't help you enough,super quick service at the checkouts but still chat with you,always smiling greeted with hello and goodbye at the end,loads of free parking too I would give more than 5 stars if i could.
Customer Service staff go out of their way to be unhelpful. Disgusting. Had problem with money off coupon. Was given head office to ring and then told they not suppose to take calls from head office. I got it sorted with the helpful head office but the actual staff on Customer service need to realise what they are there for.
Huge Tesco store with cafe on the mezzanine level. More choice than most other Tesco store's. Plenty of checkouts open with cashiers which was great. Customer service desk staff were really good and went out of their way to assist with a hat lost while shopping in the store.
Took my Grandaughter to see Father Xmas. It was amazing from start to finish with Elf’s and writing letters to Santa then meeting Santa and getting a really good present £10 doll which she loved and we never expected!
