Excellent service from   both manager and staff they go the e tra mile if a problem with anything we find them very helpful very professional good service

As previously mentioned the Altrincham Pharmacy frequently don’t answer the call or terminate the call without answering. When they do answer their manner can be quite rude and abrupt. I have now stopped using them altogether as when I put in a repeat prescription for my mother, who has many medications,  they do not let me know if there are any issues. This results in a week later having to call and find out there is some issue with one or more of the medications. They never let me know if there is a problem, which leaves me rushing around trying to get last minute medications as my mother has run out. Totally unhelpful and I will not be using them anymore.

Awful customer service. Poor Mental Health awareness from the Pharmacist lacking basic human empathy.

Just a shame they never answer the phone
