Agree with previous reviewer. This pharmacy is slow and disorganised. Have been twice to collect items that should have been ready for collection and weren’t. Claims regarding shortage of staff and being busy on both occasions. 1130 in the morning and they had not yet downloaded from the GP surgery. This should happen at least first thing when they open, if not last thing at night so they are ready to deal with them in the morning. Opted to switch to Tesco for convenience but have now switched back to my previous pharmacy.

Being totally ignored by the pharmacy staff this evening is disgusting, I wasn't even acknowledged to say someone would be with me shortly until I asked the lady behind me if she was in a rush because I had been standing there for 5+ minutes and it's not as if I could of been missed, until a young girl came to serve with an attitude, unfortunately I couldn't go anywhere else so I had no choice to give them my cash.

Very convenient, open at times when high Street pharmacies are often closed, and friendly, helpful staff.

15 minute wait or leave and collect later?leave and collect please ,only when you return days later prescription not made up so now have 20 min wait . Slow and unorganised .not enough staff .
