Handy for pay-at-pump and when it's working air pump for tyres which also uses card payment.
The staff need to learn some manners!nClosed half the forecourt despite it being mega busy all pumps had fuel just trying to close up far to earlynOnly reason it gets one star is because it’s decent priced fuelnSort it out Tesco!!!
Be aware that although the kiosk is advertised as being open until 20:00, the pumps are switched over to 'pay at pump' beforehand to allow time to close the shop.nThis is a problem if like me, you pay for fuel using a fuel card as I cannot use 'pay at pump' and need the card to be swiped at a till.nI arrived at 19:45, although there was ample time for me to refuel and pay before 20:00 they were unwilling to help and I had to go elsewhere.
Avoid this petrol station.nToday I went to get some fuel for my van and realized all the pumps offer only pay at pump using bank card!!!nI went inside to double check with the staff both were very rude!!nThe lady at the cashier after asking her she said if and there is a pay at cashier option she literally said to me this: [ no we don't have cash option it doesn't work like that all the time!!! ] I told her this is against customers service as customers are supposed to get a multiple way of payment specially for fuel in case of emergency!nShe smiled and said no that's not the case all the time!!!nI also asked her how am I going to scan my club card if I pay by card at the pump as there is no club card scanner she said no you need to take the receipt from the pump and come to us at the cashier to change it to a receipt with a bar code!! So then you take it to the tesco markets and ask them to add the club card points!!! Which will take me 15 to 30 minutes!!!nThis petrol station management and staff don't care of the customers they only care about getting money disgusting
I use this gas station on a regular basis 7 time out of ten very good. Unfortunately the last visit I found it a unpleasant experience. A stranded Vehicle at the pumps were usable to use. I found the assistant unpleasant and without customer service skills.
