1st time here and the woman behind the till gossiping, while I was waiting no sense on urgency. Her conversation more important, when finally acknowledging I was stood waiting she didn't even say hello!nn2nd same rude attitude with the staff, unhelpful and poor service
After ring the store and waiting for a response finally got through and they asked the petrol station to see if they have any momentum 99 unleaded they replied yes we have loads, i said thanks so approximately 2 hours later afterwards i did my grocery shop at tesco and approached the petrol station when i got there, i was shocked to find out that their was NO MOMENTUM 99 UNLEADED FUEL we checked all the pumps NOTHING i asked the lady at the station Where's unleaded momentum 99 she replied we have not had any for over a month I SAID NOW THAT'S A LIE BECAUSE I GOT SOME LAST WEEK YOUR NOT TELLING ME THE TRUTH about it. And why did you tell the store when I enquired you had loads. Really bad customer service and i reported the issue to the customer service department and they said they should have not told you that they have some away. Customers can make enquiries?? About availability can't they. Absolute joke very bad customer care service.
It can get rather busy at peak times. Price wise it's on a par with most of the other supermarket fuel stations. Staff are courteous and helpful and the shop and forecourt are kept clean. My one gripe is that at times there aren't any gloves in the dispensers.
Cheers to the woman there tonight who told my son he could only have one drum of fuel instead of two we are a wedding car company and have weddings on tomorrow after he cued for an hour inconsiderate! Fill up here all the time !! .communication would of been great were not stocking fuel were trying to run our business
Normal petrol station. It can get very busy during evening rush hour. They have a lot of pumps so even a large queue moves quickly. The pay at pump option helps a lot. There is a cash machine round the back but you're better off driving to it rather than leaving the car in the forecourt.
