Always came here as its near home and m62 for work plus its cheap usually - shop side not the cleaneast always dusty shelves and gaps. Staff were great but in recent years this has changed!nnStaff always on phone/video calls and are very rude, young'ens always too busy having a chat to eachover at customers expense and a dirty coffee machine that gave me a lumpy coffee....i think staff need a retrain in here ive spotted countless faces ive not seen before and worse than shoddy service.nnMorrisons forcourt now wins despite it being a 5 min extra drive.
Dirty shelves thick with dust and grime - trust me wipe your fingers along the choccy/crisp shelf or sandwich fridge! Not to mention the costa machine with crusty hard bits on the nozzle that clearly had not been cleaned for weeks - i almost bought a meal deal here, glad i didnt id most likely of been ill! Average tesco fuel, poor service from staff too busy on a phone call to clean or give decent service - lazy.
Good value and well located. Easy access.
Went to get fuel and put air in my tyres and had a problem putting the air in , the lady cashier Brenda came out and she actually topped up all my tyres for me and told me anytime I need them topping up to just ask and she'll do it for me. This is really good customer service and want to just say Thank you from a very grateful customer.
Staff helpful. Access good.nOnly issues is poor Adblue quality causing sensor fault on trucks.
