Yesterday, on 02.07.2024, we made a transaction with my wife's bank card at pump number 1 to buy petrol for our vehicle.nUnfortunately, at the end of the transaction, although we had £43.77 in our account, Tesco deducted £53.77 from our bank card and did not give petrol to our vehicle in return.nLater, this money was returned to us by Tesco, but we were left without petrol.nAccording to consumer rights, you cannot withdraw money from the consumer's bank account for things that are not serviced.nBe careful when making transactions with your bank card at Tesco petrol station, check your account, there must be a problem in their system.nEven though I did a lot of research, I could not reach Tesco's complaint email address. It is very interesting that such a big company does not have a complaint email address!!!!!
I cannot say it is very well run. Open 24 hours until when it is not without warning. Pre 6am only four pay at pumps only, again, if you are lucky. Has air and water and carwash. Cash machine near the kiosk. Lucky if they have disposable gloves and you don't hit at least one pot hole leaving the site.
Ok but pump and forecourt are looking tiered. No gloves available so still got the smell of diesel on my hands.nStaff are very polite and friendly.
Doesn't often run out of diesel often as people think.nThere are always gloves and paper towels.nSometimes closes for valid reasons not just for fun.
Ideal place for petrol but is temporarily closed until 24th of June 2024
