Awful experience approx 11.35 today. Lady approx 60 with white blond long bob straight hair. utterly rude ignored me talking to her , totally blanked me. No expression on her face. It was like she couldn't be bothered to serve me. When she finally looked up I got no hello, thank you or goodbye. Disgusting. Poor customer service Tesco. Not nice. Won't be back
Why would you keep the station closed at 11:00 AM on Christmas? What the meaning of having pay at station system.
Very weird - they give out the wrong receipts at the pay at pump. Every once in a while, over the last few years, I go to this station and totally forget that they have an issue with their receipts. You push the button for yes to a receipt there is no receipt left from previous person and you later look and realise its not your receipt/amount/or 4numbers from your card. The unacceptable thing is that this has been left like this for years! Why? Stops me being able to put in my petrol claim for work. Sort it out!!
UPDATE a month later.nOne or two days after my review here the information/price post began to work again - lovely! It might have been just a coincidence but at least it was working.....but unfortunately not for long, at most for a week. So, now you have to guess the price of fuel or diesel again which is sad because at the moment I am using BP fuel stations.nnThis petrol station used to be the cheapest one in the area but it is not anymore. I have three petrol stations on my way to work and that one became the most expensive one. Prices for diesel few days ago in these stations were: BP £1.53, Shell £1.51 and Tesco £1.59! Well, this is probably why the information/price post next to that petrol station stopped working more than one month ago!
Great fuel prices, and long suffering but patient staff. So sad that Tesco do not invest in new pumps. Almost every day pumps are out of order at this station, and it is only as you approach a pump that you see a sign saying out of order, or No unleaded. Consequently long queues of vehicles, and understandable hacked off drivers. Come on Tesco, get a grip and sort this fuel station out, it will reap dividends in increased sales, and happy drivers.
