I have to say, after using this petrol station several times, I’d now prefer not to go here due to poor staff, with god awful chat, consistently awkward BH
Purchased a regular costa at the machine and used a large cup to save slopping in the car, at the till I was basically called a liar. Having offered proof on the app the poor grumpy cashier didn’t want to know, her reason…..she hate Costa, I even said I’ll pay for the larger cup. If I could speak to customer services I would, but the phone just rings. I’ll vote with my feet and won’t be spending anymore of my money in that fuel station again. I can only imagine how awful it is having to deal with customers, maybe a career change for her, somewhere in Outer Mongolia, or the Australian outback where customer contact is rare. 0/10 for Tesco.
Diesel advertised at £1.599 ltr on display board at garage entrance, I was actually charged 162.9 at the pump ! Didn't notice till I checked receipt at home, still showing 159.9 on on website now! Shysters.
Visited this station a few times. The last time I went the staff were really grumpy. They were chatting amongst each other and took a whole to turn the pump on so I can use it. I had to actually go in and ask them... they looked at me as If I was being rude by interrupting their conversation. I won't be visiting here again. Also I was informed not to use the fuel here as it is poor quality. It had been in the news
Waste of time closed at 9:30 when it's advertised online 10pm
If your car needs feeding this is a great place. Can use pay at pump bypassing all human interaction and best if all you can do this any time as it's open 24 hours.
Needed to fill up with Diesel, Tuesday 5th, no Diesel, Wednesday 6th, no Diesel, Thursday morning, no Diesel. Unreliable. Will go elsewhere.
It has 24 hour pumps available here, which is super useful if you're out late. Not many facilities, but the main superstore is just next door for things like a toilet. The main superstore also has a car wash facility.
Very big store. Usually get petrol here before motorway. We're find there petrol pumps not straight forward to use. I never have a problem at Sainsbury's
So I just filled my first car for the first time. There is a bit of confusion doing this, however the staff were very helpful... now it seems obvious! But still they were great
