Good range of products for an express store, but not too big so you can be in and out very quickly.
Tesco Metro small store ok for picking up some essentials. Major mark against & reason for 1* All checkouts are card only and self service sorry but I refuse to checkout my own shopping whilst Tesco is making record profits.nThere is a cigarette kiosk that you can use but I'd rather shop elsewhere.
The staff are always friendly and helpful. They keep the shelves fully stocked without blocking access for customers. My only complaint is that there aren't more of them; I strongly dislike self-service checkouts and it is hard to find a staff member on the tills.
The baked goods and fresh food quality seems to be getting worse by the day and little care is put into how the majority of the staff speak to the customers. Though, a few staff are lovely, I've come to find that the most just want you out of the shop early so they can lock up.
Called in for a couple of small items. Nice well laid out shop. Located in a busy area so parking is a problem. Happy with the service provided by the staff who served me.
