The staff are always friendly and helpful. They keep the shelves fully stocked without blocking access for customers. My only complaint is that there aren't more of them; I strongly dislike self-service checkouts and it is hard to find a staff member on the tills.
Called in for a couple of small items. Nice well laid out shop. Located in a busy area so parking is a problem. Happy with the service provided by the staff who served me.
The baked goods and fresh food quality seems to be getting worse by the day and little care is put into how the majority of the staff speak to the customers. Though, a few staff are lovely, I've come to find that the most just want you out of the shop early so they can lock up.
Most items stocked here. Also fairly cheap. Nice if you need some items and want to drop in on foot. Not so good for a big shop as very awkward to stop, park and load. There is a loading bay at the rear but that's often blocked with other vehicles. Staff very helpful but whatever inspired head office to shut the deli counter. That's a real disappointment.
Shop and staff are great unfortunately there is 1 member of staff a short lady with glasses maybe a supervisor who has a massive chip on her shoulder the attitude in the way she speaks to people needs addressing and if a queuing system is in place put up signage to notify customers and not assume they know. Very disappointing
Good little shop with basically everything I would need in there. The staff are friendly and always helpful. Can be expensive for certain items but it also does have its bargains. Always clean and tidy.
Better store now it's had a minor refurb. Very expensive for the town since it changed from a Metro to an Express store. Priced alot of local customers out which now shop at the nearby Aldi.
Dear Tesco, Thank you for all your services in the past, but I will not be using your grocery delivery service any more since you became greedy and have upped your minimum shop to £40 and reduced the number of £1 delivery slots. And since learning you are now asking for a £2 charge on Click and Collect for items UNDER £30, I believe you now put greed before customers so I will not be using this service either, As a pensioner, it's become a bit of a struggle justifying spending £40 per week just for myself, whilst still having to buy fresh fruit and vegetables several times a week, mainly because the shelf life of the delivered fruit and veg is not great. A very unhappy pensioner.
If management read this. THIS store says Tesco. They shout it. They are integral to the community. This shouts Tesco we care. The staff are super superb, they go go above and beyond. Yes, their in a tight spot, a new store round the corner, But if you care about PR shout out to this place, the people who work there. Amazing.
Completely useless could not buy tow banana’s as for cash as the self service tills only accept card the only till that could do it had a full trolly loaded and another waiting to use it left everything I was going to buy on the till and walked out never use the place again ridiculous
