Was waiting for delivery from them and noticed that it was past our alleged slot time, I took a look online to find that our order had supposedly been "delivered".  Then tried to call Paulton Tesco, to which the call didn't go through until we called over a hundred times and several different numbers to be told that the waiting slot was 40 minutes minimum!  The call then said that many deliveries had been cancelled and that the customers have been notified which we weren't, as well as this these deliveries cannot be rescheduled, this is not helpful at all as the delivery was needed for today. I had also injured my arm and leg that day, making it unable for me to shop in-store.  This service has absolutely appalled me today and I cannot believe the audacity this shop has to not notify me on any cancellations, yet cancel the order and label it as being "delivered"! This is honestly OUTRAGEOUS.

Shopping at this Tesco store isn’t the easiest in my opinion I found that the end of the isles closest to the tills are too close to the tills, any form of queue that builds up can make it difficult to weave in and out of peoples way. The staff didn’t look happy to be working the bank holiday with minimal interaction from the staff that we encountered.  Visiting this store only out of convenience not out of personal preference.

Had a great time there, lovely toilets and bakery, not at the same time lol!  Only thing I would mention to push it five stars would be to do employ more people from the Midsommer Norton/Radstock area.

ok store but produce from supermarkets goes moldy so quick and is tiny! support your local farm shops to save money

Best toilets ever  I go a lot of places on deliveries on Saturdays and usually stop to go to the loo, this place has the best toilets I've ever been in in years. Good lad

Unhelpful staff, more online store pickers than customers. Not a pleasant shop.

We were here to use the petrol station and the pay at the pump option is very handy

My partner went there an hour ago to get fuel and was told emergency services only. She is a community care worker in uniform with ID it is looking like her clients may soon go without care as most of her work colleagues are also on empty. You’d think they would count as emergency workers

Overall the easiest supermarket to shop at though Lidl comes close.

It was not over busy so there was plenty of space to move around, but sadly some of the shelves were fairly empty but I did go at 8.30-9.00 pm so that's fair enough. This store has a good selection of goods and I don't normally have issues getting everything I need.
