We'll done Tesco, about time we kept up with the French supermarkets, the flooring is much better that those hard tiles that gave me a bad back and the layout, seems logical and more items on shelves. Only 4 stars as no fish counter or butcher, it's there but empty? Take a look at some of the French fish counters and butchers you could learn alot.

Good superstore with petrol station. Large car park with lots of parking bays. Good layout of store, which is clean and tidy. Staff were friendly. Petrol station on site is pay at pump and they also have a manned shop.

Hi, I am costumer who had the most horrible experience from one your staff! As you can easily spot from my name that I wasn’t originally from this country and I had received disagreeable looks from people before but I never expected it from the staff of this reputable establishment. I didn’t want to speak out before because I didn’t feel I had the right to say anything, I will not name the person out of respect for their privacy even though they had said horrible things to me. I am a catholic and my whole family is catholic however the colour of my skin made them to assume that I am a part of a religion that is prominent in the countries of Cambodia/Sri Lanka  even when I am not from those country… I know it doesn’t seem like a big issue to you and there probably won’t be any action put forward to fix this issue but I felt like I should say something since I was just going by my day minding my business and having this said to me randomly unprovoked it was just very disturbing… thank you so much for reading this review

Good shop parking coffee toilets food and stuff including petrol just as you expect from here. All you could want with better prices.

Launceston Tesco has a perfect balance of all you need they have a clothing section a fresh fish counter, fresh meat counter, and the hot food section has all you could need and more the refurb of flooring and widening of Aisle has made it a much better feel when shopping and when it’s time to pay most of the tills are open and there is never a long wait to pay all in all probably the best place to get your weekly groceries.

Very rude and ignorant staff ,I was looking for a pizza for my son ,that had to be FREE FROM  GLUTEN & DAIRY ,I asked a member of staff who showed me vegetarian pizza ,to which I explained that's no good as it has ,gluten, wheat and dairy ,he went off to look after waiting for 15+ minutes, he said I found cheesy garlic bread, which I told him that's no good as it's got dairy and gluten,oh & before he came back he chatted to a colleague about things ,then they both informed me there is no such thing AS NOT able to have gluten or dairy ,then moaned I had cream in my trolley, well the cream is for ME

Great choices of all kinds of stuff. Groceries, toiletries, clothing, a really big store with great parking. Clean toilets!

It is absolutely pointless having hand sanitiser and trolley cleaning materials at the entrance if they are left empty.  If you go at 8am in the morning you will find the sanitiser trolley filthy dirty and with nothing to clean your trolley or your hands.  Management are a waste of time and say that the staff aren't there to clean.  I have given up reporting this as no one seems bothered.  Filthy dirty store with staff too busy discussing their social lives.  Whatever happened to customer service and staff training?

Bought a Tesco Mobile SIM on Friday. Put the SIM in on Saturday and have had constant problems: couldn't receive text messages, when sending a text it would send 11-14 times, when I made a call it would deduct money from my available credit rather than the plan, was told my number would be transferred across on Monday and it happened on Wednesday because the order wasn't placed, and Tesco deactivated my SIM for 2 days and blamed the number transfer process. Tesco have refused to refund my money so I can go elsewhere. They say I will lose my credit I have available. They are thieves and are holding me hostage to their incompetent service. Will never shop or use Tesco ever again. You have wasted hours of my life trying to fix your incompetent service, and it is disgusting that you refuse to refund me. Poor and disgraceful

Got a good selection of stuff generally, plenty of parking but annoyed that the garage has closed down for whatever reason. I really like the pay-at-pump system. Hope it's not being removed.  PS, went again today - had to use the toilets, THEY ARE DISGUSTING!!!!
