nice service a lot of assortment good selection good price.
The tesco employees have been kicking children out of the store for no reason at all. They’ve been threatening to phone the police on them for apparently being rude to customers and having a riot. They kicked out a child of the toilet whilst they were taking a pee.
Before refurbishment this shop was one of my favourite. Very kind and helpful staff. Unfortunately they reduced the number of cashiers to 7 from 20+. I liked them for their service. If you want to work instead of the staff and packing every item twice at the counter that is your place.
Went to basket self service people with trolly full got fed up after 15 mins gave basket back to staff and left . If just needing few things don’t go here

Ignorant, rude and bordering on racist!!! That’s my experience of one of your staff in the petrol kiosk. I went to pay at the pump but it said my card wasn’t accepted at the pump MasterCard debit just used twice in the actually store Fair enough I thought maybe the pumps are different. I went in to the kiosk and politely asked why it wasn’t accepted. The assistant took a look and said rudely was it a German card!!!!! It’s a Northern Irish Danske bank card!!!!! I explained it was a Northern Irish bank and she very rudely said that Northern Irish wasn’t British!!! Really!!!! I was both angry and embarrassed!!! Of course the card worked inside as it always does everywhere I use it in scotland. May I suggest some training in customer service for this lady and perhaps a bit of UK geography and as she’s a cashier perhaps a little bank recognition training as well!!!
Very crowded. No social distancing being adhered to or encouraged. No one cares anymore! Lots of empty shelves and unripe fresh produce. Struggled to get basics. Masks seem to be optional. There were no trolleys. The car park was madness. No one seems to be able to park within the lines. It would be great if fresh fruit and fresh vegetables could be better stocked. The choice was incredibly limited

Store opening hours meant to be open until 2300 but on Tuesday 28th June it was shut at 2220......someone needs to update their website or use social media better!
