Clothing floor and petrol closes earlier than the closing times. Ie clothing closes at 10pm store open til midnight. Petrol closes before midnight at least 15 mins not sure exactly when they come off the petrol. Customer services closes early in the week 9pm
Popped in this lunchtime to pick up my travel money and decided to get a few bits from the store. Big mistake! I hate the self checkout but the manned checkouts had queues so long I almost gave up and left my basket. I did notice that there were 3 members of staff hanging around the self checkout, two of whom didn't seem to be doing very much. They could have got rid of the queues in no time if they'd jumped on a till...
My weekly shop here. Everything you need as well as the coffee. I love the scan and shop system it saves a lot of time when bagging and waiting in queues ADDITION This is an addition after sometime. I've been in the store today for my weekly shop, that was ok but waiting for a coffee for over 15 minutes is a travesty. The staff behind the counter need to organise themselves better or the senior staff need to install a coffee machine similar to Morrisons. After 15 minutes wasted time, I asked for my money back. While waiting for our coffee lots of people, who didn't sit, were being served there coffee for a quick get away. Orders should be served in the order they are paid for. For goodness sake coffee is coffee
I shop at the tesco store regularly for my weekly shop. I have never had any issues. Very clean and tidy and fully stocked shelves.
Ordered shakshuka eggs from the cafe that came without… the eggs. How dumb do you have to be to serve eggs without the actual eggs?! Also, why does it take 30 mins to make it? Appalling customer service here. Management - please get this chaos under control!
Ok place to do 5 minutes worth of shopping but staying for more than 10 will make you feel claustrophobic as everything is thrown around the place and it’s always full to the brim with people. Also pricing on products are not correct most of the time for example when 1 item costs £5 and it turns out it’s £12 when you scan it in. It gets annoying when you have to pay more than it’s “intended price”. Customer service is alright and overall experience here is fair.
Reasonable choice of goods. Checkout was slow and not many open. Positive with carpark, if willing to do a bit of a walk, can park next to covered safe walk way.
Massive store. They have a large range of items. I love the new paperchase section. The staff are normally friendly and helpful. The shelves are always well stocked. They are always quick to put out the seasonal items. There is a reduced item section to the right of the store that you can find some big discounts in. The bakery isn’t my favourite of the supermarkets but it’s nice enough. Never too big of a queue at the tills. The store is fairly accessible.
Tesco has a great selection of products and I find it nicely organised. Not many bargains but I choose to do my weekly shopping there as I can find all the products I need for making my Greek and English dishes. Not cheap on detergents and cleaning products so I usually shop those from Savers in town.
Biiiiiiiiiiggggg Tescooooooooo! Josh brunt! A man? A myth? A legend? All 3! Always helps me out! Come here when I am with friends and soul searching! Or when they’re selling gnomes
