Can someone explain your 2.1 profit whilst there's no staff on the tills there's no produce on the shelves and prices are through the roof?? Appalling customer service and yes you are aware of this in the Edinburgh store harlow - so you make your extreme profit whilst hard working people can't afford to feed their families properly. It's disgusting and vile corporate greed at its finest!
Parking at Newcastle extra store cost me £40 due to staying over 2hrs, I guess. Shame as I spent a lot of money in that store and had met a friend there after 300 miles driving. I think there should be some appeal based on if you are a genuine customer and spent the time in store, perhaps use of receipts would help alienating customers and making Tesco look like a big money grabber, Aldi here I come!
One star because you can't give 0. Your profits during the financial crisis are obscene. You have profited from the misery of parents who can't feed their children, the people who can't afford to heat their homes, inflating prices on a whim. You could have afforded to keep prices lower and still profited. Raising the cost if food to your customers because the press is banging on about inflation is criminal. Shame on you all.
Purchased 800g tesco finest joint of gammon. Thought it looked small so weighed it Only weighed 746g. Customer services not interested told me they will feed it back to their supplier.nPicture available
Their pay at pump is appalling! It takes £120 from your account and doesn’t put it back in until a week later! That is theft! Especially as I only put £20 in my car in the first place.
