Ridiculously expensive with Unprofessional Rude Behaviour. He quoted me £45 to normal wash a car from inside and out. When I asked what's that inside and out £18 mentioned on their advertisement board, he replied that nothing, thats wrong. Also with a very rude behaviour. They need to understand that this is England you can't rip off people with whatever comes in your limited mind
The price and quality generally isn’t bad. However, I was told it’d take 45 minutes, wasted some time around the area, when I came back they haven’t even started. Quite frustrating when half way through talking to them, some woman drove up and said she needed it doing quickly because she doesn’t like to take long in the shop and they did hers straight away. Despite having three cars waiting and taking my order.
Great service. Been here many times and today as usual they did a great job. Got a coffee inside and when I came back the car was done and looked great.
Initially was a good wash with good and friendly service with a fair price for washes. UPDATE.... After being told that 4 cars ahead of me this was no problem.... But to wait and eventually decide to go after 9 cars being washed ahead of mine, and counting, and over an hour wait, the final straw was someone driving straight in, and having her car washed straight away!!! No queue for her!!! ... Lack of control to pushy customers not prepared to wait in queues and lack of respect to other customers, not just me, who WAS a regular customer.... Got my keys and left with unwashed car.... Being told that I was a valued regular customer and the usual garb and that my car will be washed now and only after I raised this issue after patience was exhausted was too late.... and those I had recommended you to, and some who were using your wash too will be updated on the service and made aware.. Sorry guys, you have certainly lost this weekly customer... Prices have now shot to £13 for an exterior car wash and after the debacle above now to Redcatch Road behind Broadwalk where for £7 they do a good handwash, and quick service with no queue jumpers or exceptions made for pushy customers or "mates"........
Really friendly staff & great service. Car was sparkling inside and out after the Silver wash & hoover service for £13. Took about 45 minutes which was the expected time given. Would have been great if it could have been faster, but they were busy & there were only a few members of staff.
Never bother leaving reviews but this place is a rip off. I asked for the silver service, they charged me for the gold when i went to get it and said they had already done the extra work. My car still had dirt on it, looks like they washed it with water not anything proper. Inside still had dog hairs on the seat. £22 for a 30 min rushed and poor quality wash. Go elsewhere.
Used to have my car washed there every now and then due to convenience - I shop at this Tesco often. Each time I used them, I came back to a different result, but having the car cleaned half-decent while I was shopping was ok with me. Until today, when the service was totally rubbish. Dropped the car off and was told to come back after 45 minutes. I came back to find that they didn't even move the car all this time. So I went to Halfords and came back after another 20 minutes. Still haven't finished, had only just started to clean the interior. Overall result: my car was cleaned in rush, smears all over it, alloys only half-cleaned, my windshield had smears so bad, it was better off before the "cleaning" they gave it. After I picked the keys and paid, I saw one of the employees blowing his nose using the very same piece of cloth he used before to dry my car! Disgusting! In the meantime, I saw a man who came after agreed time as well to find they didn't start cleaning his car either so it wasn't just me that had to wait extra. Wish I had left just like he did! Would have saved myself 20 quid. Will never go there again. Avoid at all cost.
We went in and initially wanted the Gold standard wash, but they pitched to us how fantastic the Platinum standard was, so we upgraded to this on their recommendation..... Took 5 long hours of hanging around arrived at 1pm and left at 6pm; came back after 3 hours and 5 hours, each time they told us they "weren't quite ready" and to "go and enjoy ourselves at Tesco, Ikea etc.." even though on the 3 hour mark we came back with all our Ikea and Tesco shopping bags, having clearly already been to these places to waste time while they were still working. When they were finally finished, the car was still grubby dirty bonnet, smeary windscreen, clearly not hoovered under the seats, drip marks all over the car where they hadn't wiped off the spray. Customer service was awful, made it sound like it was our fault they took so long. Told us to make sure the windows were left down overnight to let the seats dry they were sopping wet. We also saw them cleaning another car while we were there, where they took out their fabric car mats and proceeded to pressure wash them, which isn't ideal for fabric mats! More than convinced they just pressure washed the seats inside hence why they, and the whole inside of the car, was so sopping wet. So we were charged £40 for the privilege; For wasting all of our day and to get an unclean car at the end of it! Would have argued the cost when it finally came to paying, but by that time we were tired, angry and just wanted to get home. Would not recommend this car wash at all - go to an independant hand car wash elsewhere in Bristol instead there are plenty to choose from, where you are in and out and it costs around £10, much cheaper and less stressful than the Tesco hand car wash.
Inside was pretty clean but outside looked like it had just been wiped down, not washed with soapy water as it should have been. Automated car wash does a better job. Not great for the £22 Gold valet.
