Massive thank you to Sharon this evening who was absolutely amazing. My car was leaking diesel on my way to work and I couldn't make it home so pulled into the garage to make a few calls and I was absolutely frozen. Sharon helped me put my car in a safe place and even brought me out a jacket to put on so I didn't freeze to death. When I think of best customer service, Sharon ticks every box. Thank you for your help and being so amazing tonight xx
Was served by 2 wonderful ladies. The eve of Wed 26th May. Young woman helping out from the main store and a lovely thoughtful woman with short light grey hair. She was so kind to make my elderly aunt a cup of take away tea. Its simple kind gestures like this that make a huge impression on your customers so we come back time and time again. Thankyou lovely ladies for an excellent experience x x x
Great petrol station. I mean... If not for them, I'm not sure I'd be able to drive further. The tank was nearly empty, so Tesco saved the day!nnPay at pump means you don't have to go far and in turn you're saving Tesco on employee costs.nnWould highly recommend filling up your car here if your fuel light is on!
Good petrol station and shop but I've knocked a star off as they used to leave one pump open overnight for pay at pump customers. Not any more as they have a bar over it. But they still leave the lights on making you believe its open. Come on Tesco, either bring back the pay at pump 24 hours or switch the lights off and close up properly.
Functions reasonably well as a fuelling station. This one like many others provides lots of opportunity to mess up the exit process; drivers making wrong turns, stopping completely in the middle of the exit and those exiting via the car wash.
