If you go to Tesco on Dalmarnock Road always check your receipt because without fail there will always be something they over charge you for. I've just been wrongly charged for an item, a wrong label on a product, the checkout woman took the item back but did not refund so I had to go to customer service, she did not take the "wrong" label off and gave to another memberof staff to put back on the shelf and when I told her she had not taken the "wrong" label off she just shrugged her shoulders, so another customer will be scammed . This is not the only incident I've had, with their misleading signage or wrong labels on. I think it must be a training requirement that they scam customers. Staff are so unhelpful with no care about their bad service. My rate is not 1 star, I only had to put that to log this comment, my real rating is zero or minus!
Horrendous experience. Midway through self scan main shop, system crash. Unsympathetic staff in self serve advised me to wait in queue for operator to scan all items. Due to push from Tesco towards digitalisation next to little staff available in this situation. Long queue waiting for items to get checked out by sole operator on till. Operator very pleasant. Further issue redeeming gift card, resulting in a further 15 minute wait to get issue resolved. Thanks to staff member who got me a coffee and a drink for my little one. One member of staff suggested that I phone up to redeem card so wouldn't recommend gift cards for anyone as it just seems like too much hassle. Visited early to get in and out with little queues but was not to be. Must try harder, as I was very close to just asking for my bags back to go elsewhere.

Massive shop with lots of variety for you to purchase and go up and down the aisles picking up bargains
If you ever wondered what the end of the world looks like go here! However currently heaps of alcohol but little food. Everything is everywhere as they are undergoing renovations. Close the shop would have been better we ain't short of Tesco in the east end there is 3. Couldn't find half of what I needed so enter if you like a scavenger hunt and have suplies packed and nothing planned for the foreseeable. Good luck.

Fantastic staff at the lottery checkout, always welcomed with the most wonderful cheer, the lady is an asset to the store.
Chased out the door by a member of staff insisting on standing too close, handling my purchases and staring at me like blankly. This place does nothing for people working Nightshift in hospitals. Actually had to leave my shopping
