I bought these tablets today, and when I opened the box I discovered that the blister pack was completely empty. There are clear signs that the package had already been opened before I purchased it. This is unacceptable — I paid for a full product and received an empty, tampered pack. Very disappointed with the quality control. I hope the seller resolves this issue and prevents it from happening again.
The worst pharmacy service ever. Book your flu vaccination to be told when you arrive 9.30 am that they only have two !, for the patients that booked earlier appointments, so you have to go back later. Flu crisis and they don't check if they have enough jabs for the appointments they provided. They insist you scan a code to fill a form, even when you tell them you have already filled it online at home they will not check the computer, no. 3 ladies busy chatting with each other even after you politely ask them if the wait will last much longer. 20 minutes late for me. Very inconsiderate with us who leave the desk for what I expected would be a few minutes to get my jab and do my bit to stop the spread.
Shop here often they get issues from time to time but resolve them. The staff are good had run ins with security guards even though they know I'm a regular shopper but after all they are only doing there job so it is a good sign for the store their secure. Plenty of staff around the store to ask for help.
Very bad experience with the staff. I had turned up at 11:50 to buy baby milk, but was refused because they closed at 12. The gentleman had allowed another person in literally 10 seconds before me and when i had explained that it's an emergency, he said we are closed even though there was 10 minutes left. I then asked why let the other person in and he said that's my good deed done for the day. Very shocking behaviour from the staff.nnStaff was a bald white male.nnTesco need to do better.
I visited Tesco Goodmayes at approx. 11:55 pm on 31 October 2025 needing to buy a single pack of size 1 nappies for my two-week-old baby. I explained the urgency and requested entry to purchase this one essential item. Instead I was refused entry and spoken to in a dismissive manner by a guard who said “We’ve been open for the last 13 hours – where have you been?”nThis behaviour felt deeply insensitive and unhelpful. As a parent in urgent need, I found it unacceptable that no exception was made. I hope Tesco will review how their stores deal with urgent, simple requests outside normal hours.
