I would like to appraise the young lady Jess for helping this evening with an issue I had at the customer service kiosk. It was handled quickly and easy. Nothing but happy with the customer service. The manager that also handle this issue was also extremely professional and very kind hearted. Thank-you to the Tesco's team.
Good improvements with the new amount of self checkout systems and they have quite a lot of good deals on, but I often feel like I'm treated like a criminal when I'm there. I've been watched putting my shopping in the bags and I've never stolen anything. I understand there may be thieves there on occasion but we are all individuals.
Went into the Yeovil store today and have to say that the gentleman on the check out was amazing. He went above and beyond for the lady in front of me. Brought tears to my eyes. Then apologised for keeping me waiting...... It was worth it. Well done, you made my week.
Visited Tesco last Saturday, I don’t live in Yeovil, was a nightmare to park, busy, ate in the cafe, but had to wait ages for food, we had our granddaughter with us and she needed changing and then wanted to talk to the air ambulance bear at the entrance, then we did a small shop, did not realise the new 2 hour parking rule! This a.m £70 fine for being over by 15 mins,
