Tesco of late are becoming a sham, they’ve done away with all the family sized packs, including 6 pint milk, the staff always seem glum, the dot com pickers well I swear they’re on a target system they way they bomb about without a care. That’s when they’re not jamming the aisles up chatting about their home lives. Slowly removing cheaper brands over more expensive ones.
Great parking considerably speaking, large array where it will hold everything you need. Restrictive with seating, having only a few chairs excluding their cafe, which requires you to buy food from it to not be kicked off
if i could give it zero stars i would purely for the staff, ive never met such rude staff in a store before, security on her phone not a smile for anyone, i asked a lady on the bakery were something was she actually rolled her eyes at me, then the lady on customer services looked like i was putting her out......only thing saving the store was the one lovely member of staff who actually went out the back to get me what i was looking for and was extremely pleasant, glad this isn't my local store
I would like to appraise the young lady Jess for helping this evening with an issue I had at the customer service kiosk. It was handled quickly and easy. Nothing but happy with the customer service. The manager that also handle this issue was also extremely professional and very kind hearted. Thank-you to the Tesco's team.
