The staff at Rainham are great but the new self service system is shocking! The bolder looking system was much better & less confusing so I won't partake in self service system again which in turn might make me walk out if the line at the proper checkouts are too long. Great shame because I do realise we all have to move with the times but make things less complicated for us middle aged to oldies or you will loose our custom & i would prefer to stay with a British company rather than those cheaper European companies, you know who I mean!!! 😊

Such a flop place! Went in the shop with 5 minutes to still enter and security tried to not let me in. At the end of the day I am a lawyer and I know what the law is . So I made my way through with 5 minutes to still shop around. When walking around I heard the customer service girls saying f*** and moaning. There were loads of customers still shopping around . As I was making my way out , the manager as i left the door said you are banned. ha ha little did they know what I can do , So I went back and said repeat yourself and told him that I am a lawyer , I took his name down and I said go on ban me , take my details ... but did he ... no he did not. I know the law inside and out , and I know that I am allowed to enter any shop even if there 1 minute left till closing time . Don't hate me ... hate the law

Nice in the early morning. Not crowded, no pensioners ramming trolleys into your ankles, no little unkempt brats poking fingers into sugar bags or throwing thing's onto floor etc. Still get Range Rovers parked in Motorcycle only bays though!

Really good shop, as it is the Extra it has everything, electronics, clothing, game consoles. The home electronics section could be bigger but its layout has been made really well, very easy to see what you need. Downstairs is also really good, really big stationary and school section that can be used for all ages. There is a Krispy Kreme in the lunch section and has lovely staff that know the shop very well and get you to where you need easily.

Couldn't finish shopping Tesco asked all shoppers to leave the store as they had a problem but did not say what it was ?
