I really don’t understand how this place is still running. Every single day, the toilets reek of faeces — it’s honestly unbearable. And if that’s not bad enough, the toilets are constantly out of order. It’s as if fixing them isn’t even on their to-do list.nnThe staff? Always looking angry or annoyed, and they act like helping customers is the worst part of their day. Zero friendliness, zero professionalism.nnDon’t even get me started. It’s not unusual to see half-eaten sandwiches or sushi boxes just tossed anywhere — on shelves, inside freezers, even near the till.nnThis place is disgusting and stressful. I only come here when I absolutely have no choice.

While there are competitors with slightly lower prices, none can match the incredible variety and superior quality of products found here. Every day, there are promotions that are truly worth it, offering excellent value for money. The combination of great prices, outstanding quality, and an impressive range of options makes Tesco Extra stand out above the rest. I would like to express my deepest thanks to the trained, considerate and caring members of staff, who were quickly on site after I suffered a fall in the car park, this morning. The fall resultered in an ambulance being for assistance , and the staff,and other caring customers were highly supportive. Thank you all.

During my recent visit, I was feeling quite shy and anxious, as I often do when shopping, but Ross went above and beyond to make my experience not only comfortable but genuinely uplifting.nnFrom the moment I approached the bakery area, Ross greeted me with a warm, enthusiastic smile and an approachable manner that immediately put me at ease. He was friendly, patient, and incredibly supportive, particularly in how he engaged with me as a disabled customer. It was clear that he genuinely cared and took the time to understand and meet my needs without ever making me feel singled out or uncomfortable.nnHis positive attitude and attentiveness turned what is often a stressful task into a really enjoyable part of my day. It's rare to come across someone who brings such passion and kindness to their role, and I believe Ross deserves full recognition for the way he treats every customer with dignity and respect.nnThank you, Ross, for your outstanding service and for making such a positive difference. getting wrose and wrose its embrassing and shameful of tesco. can't believe this store still 9years on hasn't cleared up its issues and still not made any changes. whoever's in control head of management of this store need sacking as their clearly accepting this store destroying tescos reputation. The Manger pari doesn't give a flying care he's a rude smug little man thats hardly thier and when he is his eyes are closed but his mouth runs smoke threw his ears when u care to make any complaints. The store has become so badly run down food is becoming inedible for selling to the public from badly storing to selling items days late after expiry with no care or changes made as I've complaint twice and they haven't botherd to change it as I been in an seen same items put back to sell and not removed. Trading standards and food agency need to be all over them. Even the security guard believes the shop is an embrassment and is being run down by the people working in here as they don't care besides what goes in thier banks. Urgent changes need placing
