Thank you so much to the two ladies running the pharmacy when I visited on the morning of 4 March 2026.nnI went to ask which type of throat lozenge would be best for a persistent sore throat. The lady on the counter made me aware of the Pharmacy First NHS service and within 5 minutes, the pharmacist had examined me, asked questions and advised that I was suffering from a condition different to the one I’d been self-treated for.nnI was run through medicinal and non-medicinal treatment choices and the pharmacist didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured at any point.nnReally impressed with the professionalism and care shown by the team, thank you.
We were at the Tesco Isleworth today as per the directions from Tesco helpline to return a product we received during a home delivery.It was a bank holiday, we had checked the store closing time which was shown as 6pm on the website and onsite board.But when we reached the store at 5.15pm after a 2h commute because returns can only be done at Extra or superstores with customer service point, two members of the staff said in rude manner that the customer service is closed. Inspite of explaining to them that we had travelled 2hr with a child just to return the item, they were not cooperative to help with the refund or return.It was not flagged by the helpline that the store would close earlier than the public information, nor did any information board on site showed that customer service closes 1hr earlier than store closing time. So what would people who purchase some item between 5-6pm do? Do they need to wait till next day to return it? It is pretty ridiculous if customer service actually closes earlier than store timing. The two lady staff members were pretty rude, they could have mentioned this in a more considerate manner.We had our first bad experience from Tesco thus time, kudos to the staff.
It's my local store, but yesterday 28rh June the broccoli was yellowing.nAlso as close to closing time the guy on the checkout was I think looking forward to going home as he didn't check clothing properly so had security tags on which for some reason didn't bleep at the exit and so I'm having to return to store today. Also he didn't ask if I wanted hangers so I was standing there removing whilst trying to pack othr anywhere items whizzing along the conveyor belt. Staff just don't give you enough time to pack. I don't like self service as always problems and for women there's never anywhere to put a handbag down.
Why on earth would you close half of the self-checkout tills already at 6 PM and create massive, idiotic queues right at peak time, when people are coming back from work? This is just pure stupidity and complete idiocy.
I have after many years returned back here today....I can see why I haven't been her, its run down on variety of ruit and veg ..it like the covid days..run out of essential fruit and veg ..not stocked...when I go Salisbury or Lidl they are fully stocked up, what ever the time... The food prices at Tesco are so misleading, only a few items match Aldi prices... clever marketing ...!nCame back with 4 bag at £100 ...all for what, Tesco club card points ..im.not fooled ...I will come again in my 4 year cycle and see if any improvements....sorry Tesco
