Did my last food shopping before the days off. Happened upon this, our local Tesco being open at 05:00 instead of the usual 06;00 so whizzed down on the hope of it not being too busy yet…nYes it was very busy with lots of staff filling up shelves like banshees but they all had smiles galore and helping as much as possible even though already busy.nI’m sure the general public will drum that out of them in a couple of hours.nnMerry Christmas to all staff at this, Dereham Tesco! I know you’ll be wanting to slap people for being so rude later in the day but hang in there!nnThank you
After the 'glorious' Tesco system caused issues and helpfully cancelled shopping orders for everyone this eveningFriday, I went into store to find out what was going on, and if I could perhaps collect my shopping instead.nnDespite this not being an option, Katlyn and Amanda went out of their way to understand concerns, actually help partly rectify the issuemore than can be said for their counterparts on the Tesco 'customer care' line!, and make things a little easier until things are sorted with the ordering side.nnThank you to both, if only all Tesco staff were like them!
Always clean and well designed. Friendly staff when you can find one. I have given up on self scan and scan your self. I seem to get picked for check or red light of doom. Much prefer normal tills with humans. I can't be standing there waiting for somebody to fix the machines.nPlus why are they so loud I'm not death.
Greener Tesco's nPaper bags, weighing scales and scanning facilities are so important for the environment.nMWAHEncouraging people to use paper bags is a great idea.
Huge store! Newspapers, magazines, party supplies, home wares, electricals, CDs, dvds, clothing, shoes, accessories, health and beauty, pharmacy, vision express, Costa coffee, hot food counters, deli counter, fish monger, bakery, need I go on?! So much on offer you don't know where to look!! Everything you could think of is on offer in this store! Always well stocked, produce always fresh, free fruit for the kids too. Well worth a trip! Scan as you shop, home shopping, click and collect. There's also a car wash and petrol station.
