I can't leave lower than 1 star or I would. Put in a order Thursday for delivery. Told coming Saturday between 2-6 waited & waited tracking said running late from the start of the morning. 9:30 pm I tried but failed several attempts to get in touch, finally got through to a call centre who tried a dozen times to contact Bedworth but no one could be bothered to answer. I woke this morning to WhatsApp saying will be sorted but nothing so called again to be told over half we're not delivered but I could book for tomorrow. That wasn't good enough so had to cancel. I'm disabled hence the reason I have delivered, I had no call or txt even though my details on on the site. No respect given to customers. I won't be ordering or even going in store again. If your disabled please don't order from here.. Customer service is a real joke..
Has plenty of stock, so you should not miss out on what you came for and have a small international Isle of food as well.nThe good news is that at check out, staff are extremely efficient, and you will be on your way quickly.
Shopped at Tesco Bedworth at 8.30 am on Monday 22 January 2024. Finished shopping - only 1 check out person available and a very long queue. No supervisors about to put at least 1 extra person on. We had previously been into Aldi across the road and were in and out in 15 minutes. At Tesco we had to wait 15 minutes to be served. Not good enough considering the profit Tesco makes in a year. Please get your act together Tesco or I will do all my shopping at Aldi.
Usually shop in Aldi but needed a new kettle. Also do the occasional shop for things you can't get in Aldi. Price match a lot of products with Aldi. You can get some excellent discounts depending on the time of day you shop but it's like a scrum. Staff on the till are friendly.
Just bk of holiday Phuket Thailand & feeling slightly ripped off £120 shopping for the wk & no Xmas goodies
