These people are under qualified to be employees. I was wearing a face-mask a covid mask and tried to buy alcohol. The facemask obscures the same region as my beard.nnThey refused to serve me , which implies that if you must shave your beared to be served over 18 products.nnThis is clearly not the case and i have witness bearded people purchase alcohol before.nnTherefore this is a hate crime as the action is clearly directed towards disability and not toward to actual obstacle that id 25 aims to achieve.nnThis was not a question of ID , they did not ask. Simply discrimination.nnIf any bearded people do buy alcohol from these frootloops he warned that you are contributing to discrimination, as per their rules they are unable to serve you if the mouth part of your face is covered. So please call the police to get these frootloops arrested, as per their rules.
This Sunderland City Gateway superstore has completely refurbished and redesigned its Cafe. Take a look at the photos I've put below for a better idea. A picture paints a 1000 words and all that. And what a brilliant job they've done of it... This is a massive store on the northern gateway to Sunderland City Centre... The staff are second to none. They do their work properly they have pride They work hard and they really do strive to help the customers. If you ask for help you get it now matter what the staff members are presently doing. You can't fault them. This Tesco is enormous as it is also used to fulfill customers online shopping orders load the vans up & set them away to deliver the ordered goods.
This review is for the Click and collect service.nFirstly I must say the click and collect staff area lovely but there just aren't enough of them. This is the 3rd time I've used the service and will never use it again as I've had the same experience each time. For a service that's meant to make life easier it's failed miserably. I could have gone in and done my shop quicker.nTo add to the chaos and to make the staff's job even harder, there are only 2 parking bays for click and collect so staff are having to look around for the cars.
Used to like shopping here at Roker but not any more..not with the road humps.nYou can hear cars backends creaking when they go over them..the only way to avoid them is if park in Farm foods.nEven a few taxi drivers have commented on the size of them
WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I HAD IN MY LIFE, AVOID SHOPPING AT THIS TRASH HOLE OF A DUMPSTER PLACE!nnI went shopping with my friend here at TESCO extra, was only looking around looking and inspecting other items on what to get, then a staff member decided to follow us around the shop and send other staff members as well as security to confront us and make an excuse for shoplifting only because we were looking at other items!nnThey were disrespectful the way they accused us for shoplifting and the way they spoke to us was disgraceful and disgusting, they even told us to leave the store all cuz as I tried telling them I did not steal anything and we were only looking around!nnEven other staff that were not involved started being cheeky and horribly rude as one of them came up to me and said what is wrong with you in a tough guy way!nnI got so angry I decided to throw a fit in the store by hitting things and stomping as I left the shop!nnSave yourself a trip, do not shop here!
