Just a great supermarket with a cafe and great staff. Plenty of parking. I just wish that the second floor could be bigger and improved, and the bakery could bake more bread because there is never enough. The sourdoughs are constantly sold out!
I had came to this supermarket to get the things that I needed. These are the things that I had got for myself. First, I had got a natural yogurt which was some goats milk flavour thing. Then I also got some apples which was a royal gala one. These apples are red on the outside and were in packs. Later, after that, I had chosen to get the extract, which was flavoured with peppermint. And then these melted chocolates - the white, milk and the dark. I also got some white chocolate chips along with it. I asked the woman where the self checkout where they do cash. Then someone showed me where it was. Would absolutely recommend.
This is the biggest Tesco in @Walsall and most of the items you will get here are #Tesco. Care park is also there but you have to pay after 1 hour before that it free and don’t lose you Tesco bill after bought items because it needs on the car park to take your car out. If I’m right please follow me and give like Thank you
its a joke tbf, two weeks on the bounce they cancelled my delivery the first time was mean to be delivered around 9pm cancelled around 7pm no explanation week after done the same thing but called, i had to drive up to collect, sit and wait ages, while two staff stood in the carpark in the trolly bay smoking can say i wont be using tesco walsall again
Went into Tesco's today, & headed straight the the café to order 2 Cappuccino's I wouldn't mind but it were only 4.50pm & I asked one of the female colleagues r you still open, then she turned around and said in a stroppy way NO WE ARE CLOSED I wouldn't mind but café don't close till 5 she could of served me, so I thought right if you gonna be that way I'm going to report you or put summat bad on reviews bout you, so whoever reads this I wudnt get served frm this girl who were gonna serve me tday she's one nasty person she wears glasses so Tesco Walsall sort this out or you won't c me in the café never again I'm not being treated like what you find on bottom of your shoe.
Worst Tesco I have ever been to. Anita at customer service was extremely rude to me when I wanted to exchange a clothing item. When I exchanged my item she tried to withhold the receipt for the new item, but after asking and explaining that I needed it she slammed the receipt down in front of me. She clearly has some anger issues and needs to be retrained. Staff are rude and do not follow the policies which are printed out next to them. Bad experience.
Tescos superstore with a huge amount of parking spaces £5 minimum spend for over 30 minutes free parking petrol station and cash machines. I appreciate that we are going through tough times but I definitely think the staff are just a little too laid back! Standing around and having a chat in the middle of the Isles getting in the customer's way is frustrating - I caught 3 groups of staff doing this! The two times that I have visited the store, there has been no shopping baskets available as you go up the escalator - I have had to walk down to the tills and ask somebody to pass me one. I feel like this is a Tesco 'training' problem as this store isn't the first time I have experienced staff whom appear careless. Also experienced this via Tesco customer service! Apart from this Tescos is great.
Have a club card go and look round nice cheese section bread is also nice can get some bargains
Very bad customer treatment, been there during working hours 10 mins before closing time to get some lager , and they turned me back saying that they close , it wouldn’t have taken me more then 5 mins in and out . Very disappointed in the treatment towards customers during working hours .
Went to tesco phone shop to upgrade and jak who works in there was sooo helpfull took the time to explain everything great guy,thank you
