Store in general fine and staff helpful, telephone service upstairs was good the last time I went, sent my phone off the gurus said they fixed it but I am afraid they could not be far from the truth. Just looks like they will not admit the phone has a problem and will not replace it. Not good.

Quiet no hassle shop with no queue at 5pm.

Not happy with clothing department.  No rep in sight, all disorganized,  and no sizes to be found. When we requested that customer service call someone,  we waited for 15 min and nobody came. Not happy

Big store. Very good for clothes and electricals. The food is the usual Tesco range
