Called in today to buy cards and a gift money card to find no gift money cards in store. I was helped by the lovely Sarah  who suggest a gift card. Found gift card that I liked to be told that they couldn't put money on it till 8am. I explained had work to go to and I was feeling frustrated.  A lovely lady, Jasmine, came over and said follow me to the service desk. She then promptly let me put money on the gift card. A big thank you to Sarah and Jasmine, you really made my day so less stressful xx

Fine just a big Tesco, not a fan of the stupid club card offers if a item is £8 it's 8£ regardless of club card, complet and utter con. Would I pay Full price for a item when it's on club card price ..   of course not , I would check out Asda price.

I have been using Tesco pharmacy for over a year now and the service is impeccable. The staff are always friendly and never make me feel rushed. They also take time to answer any questions that I ask. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you to such a wonderful team.

I have been  tesco  costumer since 2000 But today I was very disappointed. There was security  who's  giving  order to customers. Instead to be polite  to customers.A big company  like tesco should chose right  people  to work  for them,not  people like him, who do not know  how to talk to people.

Hi I went to the garage for fuel yesterday afternoon unbeknown to me my cap was stuck the gentleman who works there Zak’s he’s called was brilliant with me he came over to help and got it sorted for me I wanted to leave some feedback for him hopefully the manager will see this five star customer service skills thank you Zak’s

Went in to the cafe today at 12:30 and asked 4 times for a scrambled egg and sausage brioche take away and after 5 min the blond lass came over and asked if it was sausage I asked then went to go correct it. When it was finally done and handed to me I went to put sauce on and found it was a normal bun not a brioche that I had paid more for so I ended up throwing it away in disappointment that the blond lass could not get a simple sandwich right

Nice sized store, plenty of selection and they sell some good stuff if you look on the right aisles !

I was shopping in batley this morning,and decided to give tescos veggie breakfast a go,There was nothing wrong with it ,but for the money there should have been mushrooms as optional,and I liked that the sauces was free,,.But unfortunately I found the staff cold and unwelcoming.I asked for a poached egg instead of fried,I wasn't offered a option.and when my plate came I had a poached egg,I thanked him ,he put my plate down and walked off was quire rude  So unfortunately I won't be back .

Always found good place for shopping, mostly staffs are helpful, u can find most of stuff under one roof , always busy , I found myself uncomfortable with some of staff on tills

I honestly cannot praise Tescos in Batley highly enough. I had been forced into doing the weekly shop due to my husband fracturing his ribs. As it is one of my most hated pastimes, I decided to place an online same day click and collect for when I finished work at 6pm. I found out later in the day the payment card had failed due to a MasterCard issue so almost had a meltdown believing that I would have to wander round for 2 hours buying food for the family after a particularly horrible day at work.  I phoned the store and Mark in customer services came to my rescue. My order was there, ready for me at the customer service desk ready to be scanned through in order for me to pay cash instead. This was all done for me within a matter of minutes.  Mark then took all my groceries to my car and bagged them with me and put them into my car for me.  I do believe this was exceptional customer service on behalf of Mark who completely understood the pressure I was under on Tuesday and dropped everything for me to ensure I didn't have to wait any length of time in collecting my weekly shop.  I would like to thank Mark for helping me out of the predicament I found myself in with speed and efficiency. Lovely person, extremely professional and went above and beyond for me.
