Never usually have a problem but had an issue with someone parking in a parent child bay without a child, spoke to them about it to be told, "there's loads of empty bays, so it's basically not a problem", he didn't seem to care, the worst part is that the person parking there was a Tesco staff member.
Top store In staff very friendly and helpful best in The Area. Avoid Morrisons on Stirling way, it is awful. Staff are miserable. Range very poor. Avoid meat fish and counters.
This is hallowed land. A long time ago a galactic empire was created here. Please be respectful when buying your groceries.
My favorite Tesco! Great service, wide range of products, spacious with good fresh produce. Easy to return and exchange anything.
I like shopping at Tesco because they have good prices and a lot of things especially because in other places you cannot find many things that Tesco have. Also they usually have always good prices and as long as you have club card everything seems to be cheaper than other shops.
NOTE TO MANAGEMENT! I spent a significant amount on food at your store. The bulk of which scanned correctly at the self service checkout. 8 yellow sticker items worth £2.06 failed. A staff member was uninterested and suggested customer service. A second experienced staffer, saw that the sticker's barcodes were corrupted and commendably manually processed the purchase. 8 items took 15 minutes to complete, I know this because of the time stamp between the two receipts. My point is, that 15 minutes of staff time and mine is not acceptable and caused frustration. Staff who apply corrupted barcodes get away scot-free and front line staff have to repair the damage. Explain what you intend to do to remedy the issues please? Thank you.
I would like to say a HUGE thank you the member of staff called Natalie, who works on the customer service department there….she kindly offered to look after my granddaughter..after she noticed that I was struggling with her and reached out to help me and she was even on tea break! Thank you once again Natalie and I hope that Tesco will recognise this kind act that you have done -: This was in the main Tesco, not the express store.
Always use this store in the area. Store seems well stocked and staff seem friendly enough. Always been clean and well presented. Plenty of parking but always seems a nightmare leaving the store car park due to the traffic lights.
Your food and prices have gone down hill your staff are very unhelpful iceland food are much better and there prices are good value for your money there food tastes a lot better
The usual food and also has a cafe and opticians. They are friendly to a talking teddy bear. But Borehamwood.
