Worst ever Tesco store the prices are sky-high the staff is always busy also the product you need might not be available and it remains the same for every product you need. My every visit in this Tesco makes me hate it more.
I had a very disappointing experience at Teaco Express Southall. The staff were extremely unhelpful and spoke to customers in a rude and unprofessional manner.nnI visited the store with a carton of milk that had spoiled before its expiry date. When I requested a replacement, I was informed that exchanges are only allowed within two days of purchase. This policy does not seem reasonable when the product was clearly defective despite being within its expiry date.nnInstead of assisting me or addressing my concern, the staff were dismissive and unwilling to help. Customer service should be respectful and focused on resolving genuine issues, but unfortunately, that was not my experience.nnI hope management reviews this matter and takes steps to improve both customer service standards and the handling of product quality complaints.
Regular customer for over a year, the experience at this store is consistently poor.nnStaff are unhelpful and often rude. Today I asked for cooking oil and was pointed in a vague direction; the large bottles are kept behind the tills where customers can’t see them, so I gave up and left without buying anything.nnThe self-scan area has no bags accessible, you have to queue, get a bag, then start over. There’s no dedicated help for machine issues. Staff don’t ask for Clubcards or assist with packing.nnFor such a busy location, the store is cramped, understocked, and poorly run. I’ve raised this in Tesco surveys before, nothing changes. Avoid if you can.
I had a terrible experience at Tesco recently. The lady wearing specs was shockingly rude and dismissive. Her tone was unprofessional and her attitude made it clear she had no interest in helping customers.
The staff here are incredible. A while ago, I was robbed on the street my phone. I was asking people on the road to call the police however no one could. I walked into the Tesco, and asked anyone to call the police ASAP.nnA kind employee, took me to the back. Gave me her personal phone to call the police. She calmed me down and even gave me water. She reassured me about insurance and that I’m going to be ok. She also let me use her phone to call my bank and freeze everything. Lastly, she waited the whole time with me until the police arrived.nnI’m feel so grateful to her. One day, I hope to go and give her a little gift. Haven’t had the chance too yet, but hopefully soon.
