Not a problem with the store great location for a quick in and out trip. The problem was with the customer service I’ve just witnessed with a curly haired lad on the till. Speaking extremely rude to an older couple who wasn’t able to understand or hear him as much and then on top of that another customer asking for a bag then he waves this bag in my face while I’m checking out my items. If you don’t like your job go try another seems like a lot of the younger generation don’t have manners or good customer service.
Both the employees and security is playing with ball inside disturbing the customers and even jump over till. Difficult to pay while they don't care. Video attached as evidence
The staff aren't very helpful at this particular store &they seem unaware that their conversations can be heard by customers, which most of the time aren't appropriate for the shop floor. Also, the fridges seem empty most of the time and there are always cages in the aisles full of rubbish
I've been in this tescos all of 3 occasions, each time the security staff followed me around while i was pushing my babys pram around looking at the products as my friend was buying stuff, I was followed down every aisle by the security so, Went to look for my friend to see if they were finished as the security staff made me feel uncompfortable,nThe security then followed me again towards the front of the store to leave.nIf there was a negative stars it'd be at least -5.nIf you like being followed and made to feel as if you're a theif then top marks dudes.nJust stop being creepy
Some staff lack courtesy with customers!!!!nnA member of staff on the repos today thought that screwing their face up, whilst using an inappropriate manner to me, when simply asking to double check a transaction, He thought this was the correct way to approach a customer????....Who was simply asking about a transaction being successful or not.nWhen a wireless/contactless transaction goes through on the customers side and an audible sound is also chimed to alert the customer to a successful transaction.....if a sales assistant then asks to re present the card again. Most customers would ask to double check this.nnPulling your face should not be in his code of conduct and he should rightly check this without pulling his face and making a customer feel as if he should just accept it and feel embarrassed to be asking in front of other paying customers.nnYoung asian member of staff on the repos today between 6.30pm and 7.30pm on Sunday 2nd April 2023 needs retraining in customer facing roles. Undermining and embarrassing a customer is not the way to respond to such a request.
