My local store, friendly staff and easy to find whatever it is I'm looking for at the time.

Staff members have no respect for the people that live around the shop. Every night at this time (& literally a matter of moments ago) I have to ask the staff members closing to keep the noise down while standing outside of the shop smoking & chatting. Not only do they literally ignore the fact that yet again they've woken up my daughter but they make no effort to lower their voices. I use this shop every day & respect those in it when using it including the members of staff there. I think it's only fair they do the same when closing.
Each night they then get into their cars, be it being picked up or driving themselves and the music goes on blaring each night. After I've asked them to be quiet at least once. It's a shame for all those that work there to be tarred with the same brush as it's the same 3 individuals that make the noise & have a blatant disregard for the fact that this is a 'neighbourhood' shop, meaning it has homes on top of and around it.
I will therefore be writing an official noise complaint to the MK council each and every time this happens.
