Good selection of items, usually the other express store I go to due to the distance from my house. They have a good variety of items and I am usually able to find something similar even if I can not find the exact item. The opening timings are quite helpful as well.
I just bought an item from Tesco, Oundle, but having arrived home, opened the item I realised it was not correct. I had no receipt so went straight back to exchange/return.nI was given the correct item in exchange, even though it had been opened, and also refunded the £5 difference in price. Absolutely outstanding service, cannot recommend any better place to shop in Oundle. Very happy customer.
Not happy with the customer service I have buy 2 same product but when I check my receipt it’s showing on receipt they charged me for 3 product instead of 2.nso it’s worth to check the receipt while you r still in the shop.
