Mostly horrible staff. They can get very picky and quite rude. They no longer possess an electric gas/key payment after the other one just wouldn't work properly. Staff stand around idly chatting disinterested in your query. Tesco themselves seemed less than interested when a complaint was made. You got given a reference number and that was it.nnAvoid like the plague.
Emily who works behind the till was amazing help tonight as I didn't realise I'd paid twice for something and my bank messed up a payment. And individual managed to look deeper into it . And solved the situation. Much appreciated. Thank you for your kindness and generosity
Would give 0 stars if i could. We were getting food on a school trip and were being discriminated against by a ginger tart with angry bird eyebrows who was rudely staring at us and following us around the store before muttering something offensive to her colleague. We had already spent money in the shop earlier on so we had no motive to shoplift. Overall not a nice experience. Completely ruined our experience in Bewdley.
Had a problem with a purchase from there today ,absolutely brilliant ,sorted ,no fuss ,no bother ,all staff are pleasant and helpful ,always ,never met the manager until today ,so yeah Tescos for me .
Popped in for two small items, clearly marked 75 p each, went to pay,came to £2.40? Went back to shelf,almost hidden was price £1.20?non club price! Dont have or want cc or phone, discrimination,wants outlawing.nReason myself and millions more won't use Tesco.
