Very pleasant and helpful staff. Doesn't get five stars because of the price of the petrol not set by the employees obviously and the lack of capacity it's always queued out at the pumps and fuel purchases need to be manually processed. Decent variety of your usual Tesco products. Great if you're just getting shop floor groceries like milk and bread and maybe a bag of croissants because the self service card tills are always free.nBe prepared to spend 10-15 minutes here Monday to Friday at peak times if you do need fuel.nBut, as stated at the start of the petrol station convenience shop review, pleasant and helpful staff.
Store has loads of variety and opening hours are convenient.nnUsually when staff can't crack a smile, it's more than often a manager who's got a power hungry attitude. Is that the case here?nnAnyway on at least three different occasions I have been charged twice for items I have purchased. I mean it's not the end of the world but it keeps happening. Staff training maybe?nnOk so today's its 01 June 2021, and guess what they have overcharged me again. Should have been £16.90, charged me £20.85.nnI usually never check my receipts except when I come here.nnSomething fishy defo going on, because overcharging is a regular theme here.
Overall, love this place. Very convenient as we live local and good selection. The only thing letting it down is the rude manager. Making it quite clear and obvious to all that he doesn't have any time for the customers at all and would rather be elsewhere. Customer service - zero. People skills, likewise. Makes for quite a lot of discomfort for those around.

Casterton.nThis team goes above and beyond any expectationnThis team of wonderful individuals provides both an exceptional service but also has the ability to look at the bigger picturenThey care.... they acknowledge.
Excellent service, lovely staff and you can get most things you need considering it’s only a shall shop. The only downside to it is you can’t get in the car park at peak times due to people queuing at the petrol pumps. If the outside area could be extended it would be 5*
