About 8mins ago I phoned up this branch to find out if they had a product in stock where recently on 2 separate occasions I'd been in the store to buy the product & came out without it so instead of possibly wasting my time again of doing the above I thought I'd call first, only to find out that it took a while for someone to answer who didn't have the common courtesy to say' good afternoon' let ask me if there was anything else that I wanted help with where just as I'd finished asking if they had the product in or not & was just in the throws of asking if they know when they'll likely have it in again, that the person hung up the phone on me!! As far as I'm concerned that is no way how you treat a customer regardless of whether or not that they are a regular customer or not, very very bad customer service!!
Tesco Bushey should be grateful for their brilliant team especially Sathi and Sahil. They were kind enough to stop what they were doing to help me get some fresh flowers for my anniversary.
Got some petrol and a few snacks from here. Well stocked little store. Charged the correct amount at checkout. Petrol pumps were not busy but took ages to get served on the tills. Some very slow customers who feel it’s fine to put items down and wonder off to get more products, holding everyone up. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking looks like a nightmare here.

"Mr alfarkhan" is very very rude person... this is second time i had experienced with me talking very rude. He is very unprofessional staff... his behaviour like we are begger.. he treated.. I ordered through uber eat when i called he was talking very badly.... extremely unprofessional staff... u should give him training how treat with customer please please please humble request
Be careful when shopping at this Tesco express, today was the second time in two visits that I’d been charged double for one item. What I found suspicious was the way the manager seemed to be upset with me for going back and asking for a refund to the point she was very rude and aggressive and we got into an argument. Always check your receipt!. This is definitely not the standard of service I expect from Tesco.
Selected incorrect combination for meal deal never had a problem at other Tesco stores, went to swop it quickly as literally a few feet away and cashier went to next customer. Line formed with me on the end of it. Heard staff being rude to other customers so decision made - I walked out and went elsewhere. Parking also seems to be a nightmare. I won’t come back, that’s how you lose customers Tesco Bushey, you could learn a lot from Tesco Express Kenton Lane who are exemplary in their customer service..
Fantastic local Tesco store. Always well stocked and staff are always so helpful and greet you with a smile. I’ve shopped here for years.
One of the members of staff is really rude and aggressive. Sadly I think it is one of the duty managers. It makes anything other than a routine purchase unpleasant.
A very busy Tesco's and brilliant for the Bushey area. Well stocked and staff are always willing to help. They certainly need more car park space unfortunately.
