The worst part is the poo/nappie stink when you just get through the store entrance. After two minutes you're used to it and the effect is not that bad, but that smell shouldn't be there at the first place. Also, the store is bigger than others I've been but it doesn't have as many products for some reason. Probably due to the shortages we're suffering globally but it should be fixed. On the good side, the store has got plenty of car park space, a good size petrol station at the exit and the personnel at the tills are nice.
I've been shopping here for nearly 19 years. The quality of customer service and the shop offering in general went down hill a lot in the last 2-3 years. After recently the store smelling of sewage for over few weeks, today I had enough. I've had rude service at the checkout, which I felt, has ruined my good day. Some staff just dont have basic customer service skills. I'll have to be very desperate to come back here again
Absolutely stinks as you come in to the store and all around the fruit and veg. Toilets are always backed-up and it’s revolting. Absolutely ruins a otherwise okay shopping experience.
Excellent service and top offers for Christmas. Tesco’s store layout is logical and follows a shopper‘s migratory route which keeps congestion to a minimum. Well done!

Friendly staff, big store. However the swinging turnstile gates are a big no-no! They hit hard and bring down the shopping experience.
Why is the smell so gross in this tescos, the tescos it’s self is great but the smell has been bad for months I always forget and as you walk in overwhelming smell of poo is so strong and it’s down the cold isles too infact I was gagging today it was so bad it needs sorting
Great store and customer service, especially at the fish and meat counters. Overseas university students living nearby will appreciate the good range of eastern food stuff. Recently empty shelves in the frozen foods section, due to HGV delivery issues, but hope this is just temporary.
The store has an awful smell of sewerage, Very off putting to buy food. The store has gone downhill in the past few years and is not appealing to shop at anymore.
Always crowded, prices have skyrocketed TBF as has everywhere else. Lots of irritating students wandering around at all times of day or night. Miserable location, heavy traffic. Go elsewhere if you can.
