Friendly service and a well stocked shop. Moderate prices provided you use a club card. I recommend.
Great store, ample parking, and wide rage of goods from grocery to other household goods and electronics. Use the shop and scan for a faster checkout, if you don’t have a Clubcard it is worth getting one, they are free and a lot of big brand items are heavily discounted for card holders. Great cafe with good breakfast options.
Checkout service was certainly not any way near as helpful as normally given due to my mobility!!!
Very bad online service! The store didn’t allow the driver to deliver to the door and he had to ask me to drive to a car park! It was not the driver’s fault, he was actually very nice. But that’s the reason, Tesco has lost another customer to Asda!
staff dont let you have sword fights... but apart from that decent shop!
Good location good for breakfast and lunches
Stopped at Tesco cafe, Fraserburgh last Sunday and Monday for take-away breakfast ..... couldn’t have had 2 more different experiences Sunday morning was greeted by friendly member of staff who was already serving some customers. She explained she would be just a minute and was true to her word. She took my order, chatted briefly and prepared the order quickly, handing the 4 individually wrapped rolls to me in a brown paper bag. Monday morning I was met by a different member of staff who was less friendly, and quite surly. I ordered the 4 rolls and asked if I could leave the 3 bottles of juice and a newspaper i’d already purchased from the main store, by the till while I went to the toilet. I was told to put them over to the side, which I duly did, and I left them there whilst I was waiting for the rolls to be prepared. There were no customers in the cafe, and no customers waiting to be served so, rather than sit at a table she would have to sanitise when I left, I opted to stand just at the till to wait for the rolls. This obviously upset the staff member who told me quite abruptly to “go and stand in the box !” until the food was ready. “The box” turned out to be 2 sheets of Perspex at right angles next to the wall of the cafe, where I had to stand while I waited for the rolls. I felt rather like i’d been sent to stand in the corner, or to the naughty step !! When the rolls were ready they were dumped unceremoniously next to the 3 bottles of juice and the newspaper ... no paper bag like the day before we had used the bag the day before for something else and no offer of a bag ... Just dumped the rolls and marched off. I mentioned the girl the day before had given me the 4 rolls in a paper bag and given I also had 3 bottles of juice and a newspaper, a paper bag would be helpful . “That’ll be 10 pence” she snapped. I had no problem with paying the 10 pence, however, as the food had been presented to me in a bag the day before I assumed this was how “to go” food was given to the customer. When my husband ate his rolls, he said the eggs were so over cooked they were like rubber. Very disappointing on the Monday .... not sure if the female was in a mood that day, or if she is just generally unfriendly and surly ...... certainly wasn’t a pleasant experience .. Such a shame after the friendly service the day before ...
Good store plenty of room . I congratulate Tesco’s for having silent hours to help people shopping with learning and mental health conditions.
I love Tesco offers and and value for money..they always have the items I need and the fresh produce is always well. very fresh. The staff are friendly and will always help. And where possible will open another checkout so you don t have to wait to long
