Regrettably I have to add to the long list of terrible reviews. The non-English driver who picked us up was one of the rudest, most arrogant people I’ve ever come across. A taxi driver just has to pick you up and take you to where you want to go. If you can’t do that and be polite, then change your job. Don’t use this company.
Brilliant service. Booked for my young daughter and he waited until her train arrived at Axminster although many others were trying to take him he waited until she came through. Excellent service, very professional. Definitely recommend.
Drove me and 2 mates from uplyme to Lyme Regis , about a 3 minute drive max and charged us £10. He first asked us “how much do you normally pay?” and because we had never gone with this service before we said “not sure” so he said “ for me it’s normally £10” absolutely ridiculous, over charged us purely because we were teenage girls and thought we were clueless , do not recommendService: Limousines
Amazing service from Terry’s taxi. I needed an urgent lift to Axminster railway station from Uplyme. Thanks to Terry’s swift pick up I managed to get my train in time, 25 minutes after I called him. Again, thank you so much!
Superb taxi service. Looks after all my customers and the essence of reliability, kindness and helpfulness. Drives me on occasion and couldn't be more satisfied with the customer service, polite smart drivers, the immaculate cars and reliability. Highly recommend.
Took this company as my wife had a broken foot & couldn't walk. Told driver we would need a taxi back & he said only busy time was 7.30-8.30pm. Called him 9.10pm & phone off. Kept calling but then told no taxis despite the driver knowing my wife had a broken foot. Don't use this firm so hopefully a decent & more caring firm will take over.
The taxi arrived a few minutes before the time arranged - impressive. The driver was pleasant, helpful, and drove safely. The cost was very reasonable. We shall certainly use this service again.
Shame that the company can be let down by one unprofessional Terry's driver spending his time abusing other road-users. Will definitely not be recommending Terry's to my customers. Sat/9.35pm/mpv/A35
Nice friendly chap although being local, I realised that he definitely took the long route.
