Terence Lett is a family run business established in 1986 and one of the finest and most prestigious Jewellers in Oxfordshire. We have built our reputation on service, quality products, and experienced staff who offer a warm and friendly welcome.

Disappointed to discover we weren't able to return a gift for a refund, and feel the policy should be pointed out during purchase - not just put on a sign by the till. 

We feel it's quite shortsighted of the shop not to offer refunds, as Terence Lett will now not be my partner's first choice for gifts, when other jewelers offer piece of mind when it comes to returns. 

Additionally, we were advised incorrectly by one of the staff that my engagement ring had been resized incorrectly by another jeweler, and there would be no way to fix it beyond melting it down and starting again (it has since been fixed by We Three Kings).

The service we received from Terry, Mark and the team at Terrence Lett has been absolutely second to none. They literally went to the ends of the earth to source us the right diamond for my fiancés custom engagement ring (literally! Antwerp, Belgium and India). The whole team always have a smile on their face, and go the extra mile at every step of your purchase. The aftercare has been incredible and I'll be recommending them to absolutely everyone. We'll be going back.
