Went to their stall at the Manchester Christmas markets. Spent £16 on biscuits only to walk away and realise that the Italian biscuits were all stale. Extremely disappointed. You would think all the products would be fresh. Would have come straight back to return but the markets were so busy that we could only move in one direction. The most expensive biscuits I've ever bought and yet the worst tasting. What a shame. I had to give one star otherwise even that is generous.
All good quality products. Very satisfied with the customer service. The girl I always talk to on the phone is called Matilda. She is very professional, responded very quickly and in a very polite manner. I can't hesitate to give five stars to her.I order every time for my shop and I really like everything special Canolis. I recommend 100 % great customer service, quality products, everything we need, keep it up guys
I had a very positive experience with this company! In Covid period when the big company didn’t have delivery slots available they help me to have food at home in 48h! I already did my second order and I’m very happy with the quality products and efficient staff! I lovely recommend them!
Everything was spot on, all in perfect condition and quick delivery within two days. It's great to get our Italian deli products straight to our door and at a very reasonable price.
I had a really bad experience with this company. Products out of stock are not mentioned on the website. Products are on offer only because nearly to expire date. I have received cheese already spoiled with mould on it and the ice-cream was very bad too. They have just lost a customer.... AVOID THEM.
I bought several times from them and I have never been disappointed. The quality of products is really good and for my last order, a Christmas hamper, Samantha and Nathalie went the extra mile.. They have been precise, informative, helpful and kind. The order was received on time and has been really appreciated. Definitely 5 stars from me!
I am very happy my shopping just arrived, fill like to be back in Italy! top products and finally a decent price.
We ordered online for the first time week. They have a great selection of authentic produce - we found all our favourite Sicilian cheeses, salami and arancini. We also got some basic store cupboard essentials like Passata, Pasta and Risotto rice which are difficult to find in Supermarkets at the moment.
This must be the only place where they sell Italian food. Authentic Italian food and snacks that cannot be found anywhere else, other than Italy. If you want real italian food this is where you should get it from. It is tasty and never disappointing. Variety of different new delicious foods and snacks that shops in the UK don't typically sell. So their food is impressive. Highly recommended.
Very good seller. I am regularly purchasing italian food for my family from them. Carlotta and Alexandra are really professional and kind. Deliveries are well packed and the food is of a nice quality.
