Great tenpin to visit!!!nSurprisingly it's in good conditionnPlenty if pool tables to play and bowling is great, good balls selection.nHowever there isn't a screen at the top of the alley, its in your own bay. Massive TV to look at your score.
Had an awesome time with my son here. Visited during the afternoon. There were lots of lanes free. I have to give a special mention to Sian who was so helpful. She has such amazing customer focus and her communication skills are simply exemplary. Thanks Sian... Keep that smile going.
Good couple of games of bowling with my 2 daughters, just a shame you're only given a 1hr time limit. My girls aren't that quick at bowling so we ran over slightly, meaning we didn't get to finish our second game as they took it off the screen and set up the next person's game before we could finish. So we didn't know our final scores unfortunately, but other than that it was good
My daughter and I had a wonderful time at Tenpin Walsall this week. After bowling, she also played on some of the games. The place was clean and easy to move around. Staff were so kind and helpful. This makes ALL the difference to any event. They did whatever they could to assist and make sure our time was enjoyable. We will definitely visit again. Thank you.
Great fun but not for larger parties, those with children or disabilities as they don't take into account that this takes a longer time to finish the game.nWe went last night for my daughter’s hen party and booked 2 games over 2 lanes and the staff turned the games off. I asked why and they said we'd had our time. I explained that we hadn't been informed about a time we needed to be finished and explained that it takes time to move the ramp back and forth for a child and again for those who need a ramp due to disabilities. It also takes longer for those with disabilities and use a frame to walk to the lane.nThis spoiled the start of my daughter’s hen party and left us feeling conned as we'd paid for 2 games over £114 and only finished one game.nIt would be easy to tell people how long you have the lanes booked for but they don't, meaning you have no idea how long you have until they turn it off.nIf you have children or disabilities, you may want to give it a miss as it seems you're not welcome because you take too long.nVery disappointed!
