Booked for laser tag today for 3 when they went in, there was a technical problem and wasn't able to do it at that time. Stewart manager offered a refund or return at another time. Then before we were leaving he came to us and said it was up and running so they were able to have a game if they wanted. I was very pleased with the service, nothing was to much trouble for him. I'd recommend Tenpin Walsall and we will be returning .
Great tenpin to visit!!!nSurprisingly it's in good conditionnPlenty if pool tables to play and bowling is great, good balls selection.nHowever there isn't a screen at the top of the alley, its in your own bay. Massive TV to look at your score.
Made a reservation for bowling, and everything was already set up for us, even if we arrived 5 minutes earlier. The young lady on reception was really nice and helpful. We will definitely return.
We went here for our grandson birthday to play bowels,there was 10 people in our group and I must say it's a beautiful place to go and have some fun as well as having a drink to.Booking this place for a birthday treat is amazing the staff can't do enough to help you,I did look and the menu's and the prices was fairly priced.I wish the company could take my idea on board and ask the people at the top of they could sell jacket potatoes as my granddaughter is wheat intolerant and I'm sure she probably isn't the only one,and beans to top it off.The manager is a lovely man and so are all is staff to.
Had an awesome time with my son here. Visited during the afternoon. There were lots of lanes free. I have to give a special mention to Sian who was so helpful. She has such amazing customer focus and her communication skills are simply exemplary. Thanks Sian... Keep that smile going.
