My daughters 7th birthday was held here, price = good, service = good setting = good.. Nothing not to like at all, was clean and staff were ever present. Really good vibe and lots to do.. We did bowling and karaoke room.
One of the best places for family and friends to gather in Harlow. The new 3rd floor ADULT ONLY area is brilliant!!!nIt has ping pong tables, pool tables, beer pong tables, a full bar set in the middle of the room, and smiling staff who run it.nYou can order food to your table and enjoy the music. An excellent addition to an already fun place
Pre booked a month in advance. Showed up early for our time, took ages to be checked in, and were told we’d be on our lane 30 minutes after we booked for, at the earliest.nnAfter 40 minutes, we still weren’t in our game. Everyone was bored waiting around. We ordered food which was fine - but it was hard to pay as they didn’t have buttons for pitchers, etc…Seemed to need more staff and better management of time slots.

After reading a few comments here, a sense of skepticism emerges. However, without experiencing it firsthand, I couldn't be certain. But I did try it out, and indeed, the place is quite pleasant. Despite a busy Saturday afternoon, it was clean, the burgers were really tasty, and we enjoyed bowling, hell yeah we did. Additionally, there's an abundance of entertainment options, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. I would certainly recommend this place, and we plan to return; I really enjoyed it.
