Good amusements. Fair priced. There are a few let downs. The service for the bar is extremely slow when busy. This could be due to lack of staff, the lack of experience the staff have, or the equipment. The worst part is the toilets. I had to use them today, and let's just say there isn't an inch of toilet that isn't covered in urine. The seat was covered in it, the skirting boards are covered in it, there was even a Stella can on the back of the bowl. It makes me wonder if cleaners exist here. Maybe just a bad experience, I definitely hope so.
Very very busy when I visited mid day school holidays. Lots of fun activities as well as bowling. Very friendly and helpful staff took a while to order food.
Bowling was great fun as usual. It was mega busy as usual. Ping pong was good fun as well. Only a 3 as ordered nachos and they never came until AFTER our 2 games and found out they hadnt gone through to kitchen. Staff were friendly and nice.
We had so much fun at the new bowling venue in Dundee. This place has everything! Over 20 bowling lanes where you have your own booth and screen, no shoe hire- wear your own shoes! There's a huge amount of arcade games, win tickets, win prizes, there's pool tables, laser tag, a bar/cafe with extensive menu, soft play area for kids, escape rooms for puzzles in teams and even air hockey tables. The place was bussing even on a Thurs afternoon but everything was very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We bowled two games and had a wander around the arcade games. Just what Dundee was missing! Plenty of parking, book for parties, book in advance and different offers online. We'll be back!
Great facility for family entertainment. Staff very friendly and helpful. Tenpin bowling was very good and affordable. Soft play, pool tables, table tennis, air hockey and arcades were great to keep the kids happy. Would highly recommend. Very loud and lots of flashing lights. Food was generic burgers, pizza etc but tasted good. Bar prices very reasonable.
