Agreed on normal bed ,when delivered. It was other one what it was very low quality . Plus missing support in center .screws . Don’t recommend please don’t buy from whem. Absolutely fantastic service. Ordered at around 10am and the mattress always delivered by 8.45pm. Constant texts and calls from the delivery guys. Excellent service. Lovely clean new mattress wrapped in plastic. Comfortable orthopaedic. Will definitely buy again. Good prices. Thank you. Fran. Ashford.
Bought from this company a super orthopedic mattress as I used to have one and liked it very much. The service wad very good I had calls from them informing me of delivery every step of the way, friendly and polite staff. Mattress was delivered quickly and as before very good quality.
If you want to waste £300-£400 and your energy and time. This is the best platform for it. I came across TS via FB marketing. The marketing staff was good and helpful and point to the TS site. That's where the real issue starts. The site will display all the options which is available. Like size and color or the product. But when you place am order or call the site number to confirm. Out 7/10 were unavailable. Anyways then I placed the order as per the instructions of the FB marketing team staff with confirmation of colour size and delivery option. Once the order was placed they asked me to place another order and I have never received any confirmation on the cancellation of the order. This was done in the first half and chasing with then I got a call from the delivery team around 3:45 PM that delivery slot will be between 9-11 PM. Before placing the order I specifically asked if they can deliver same day and can provide installation too. Of course with added cost for my request and I wasn't well and needed installation service too. Around 10:45 the delivery guys called and said they'll take another 45 minutes to deliver and the handy man could only come the next day. I end up wasting my time energy and health over having with them. The only good thing I did that I placed the order as COD and that saved me the time and not to deal with TS to get my refund. PS: they do not provide and guarantee or warranty either on the product. Only 14 days return option they give that too verbally. I still haven't received anything over email or cancellation order confirmation yet for both the orders.
To be fair it was a quick and easy transaction. Requested a double sized mattress with medium firmness and it came on the same day. Driver was helpful and brought the bed up into my flat. Thank you
Ordered a bunk bed and there have been missing pieces and wrong items. Some pieces of the wood have split when being tightened to the point of being joined. Customer service has been shocking. Someone named "Michael" has been dealing with it, and is really not helping. Absolutely nothing good to say about the after sales service. Absolutely the worst business to deal with. A waste of time. These people deserve to be out of business. Just avoid completely. Any good reviews are probably for the other business or a similar name.
Hello, I want to write a big thank you to these companies and Mr. Ammar for trust and seriousness for quality and delivery on time and a thank you to Mrs. Anna who was aware of the order I received, I recommend with confidence and I am very satisfied .
Was next day delivery. Delivered on time, good value, comfortable mattress. Initially said wouldn't take up in the lift, but then they agreed. Good experience here
Do not use this company at any cost. Bought 3 beds from them within 1 week, although they delivered the beds next day delivery, they Ottoman function no longer works on ALL 3 beds despite taking great caution and care of the beds! The general bed quality is deceptively poor and generally weak contrary to their description; despite them aggressively saying I should pay before I see the beds, they assured me that I would be fully covered by their warranty feature if any problems arose. To this date, they have intentionally ignored all of my messages despite seeing them online on whatsapp, and constantly reject my phone calls after I had communicated this issue to them. I am currently in the process of raising a legal claim against this company, I would strongly advise to stay away and go elsewhere to avoid these scammers.
Ordered a wardrobe from them. Parts were missing. Nor did I have anyone to assemble it when thats what I needed. Spoke to them countless times they were just longing it out & not really any help. Had to get my own fitter. Still waiting on the missing parts unfortunately.
