From the first moment I spoke with Ahmed from Tenby Car Supermarket I felt supported and respected. Ahmed went above and beyond my expectations to ensure I got the vehicle I wanted, completing the MOT before I bought the car & even servicing it after the sale had already gone through. Communication was prompt and clear and I left as an extremely satisfied customer. I will certainly recommend Ahmed, and Tenby, to anyone who needs support during the buying and finance application process. Well done! 5 STARS!
Having had a pretty seamless process in the beginning. I thought the customer service up to this point was great videos of the car were sent to me via WhatsApp. I asked for the imperfections which were sent minor scratches to the bodywork and bumper trims.nnI picked up the car sat and signed a few documents checked the car over in a poorly lit warehouse and headed home. On arriving home I noticed two chips in the windscreen, 3 out of the 4 alloys were scuffed and one of the car key batteries is dead.nnHaving sourced out very reasonable prices for all the damage and repairs £140 I messaged to be reimbursed this amount. However, the company will not do this and have said it’s my fault even though they deliberately kept the damage from me. They also said that every car has minor scratches and wear and tear, but this takes the biscuit. One of the alloys may need to be replaced it’s so badly scuffed. The windscreen is also a safety issue.nEven worse they’ve now told me I signed a document that said the bodywork was satisfactory. I wasn’t made aware of signing this as I would’ve wanted to inspect it before doing so. So this has either been forged or done deceitfully.nnI have spoken to my finance company who fortunately can try and recoup some of the money. Probably more than the £140 so this company have really shot themselves in the foot.

Ahmed wad attentive during the Q&A phase providing all information and additional information that was requested. Unfortunately, I picked up the car during a busy Saturday after the sale had been agreed and I felt welcomed although insufficiently attended to. Whilst Ahmed was very polite and forthcoming I would have just appreciated a little more time spent genuinely offering me his time to feel free to ask questions. The car is absolutely in perfect working order although could have been valeted. They did although make very good efforts to remove a upholstery stain that they committed to. I would offer 5 stars but I felt rushed out of the door.
I had a great experience with the sales team, especially Ahmed. He was incredibly considerate of the fact that I had to travel a long way and made sure to prioritize my appointment. Throughout the process, I never felt rushed or pressured, and he gave me the freedom to explore the car at my own pace. Ahmed’s professionalism and approachability made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. Overall, he’s a great guy and really knows how to make customers feel valued.nnThe sales team went above and beyond by covering the costs of repairs that they wouldn’t have known about at the time of sale. I recently had some issues with the ABS sensor and tie rods, but I don’t fault them for this as these problems couldn’t have been foreseen. I truly appreciate their support in helping with the repair costs, showing that they genuinely care about their customers’ satisfaction even after the sale.
