Just want to say a massive thank you to all the staff. We took our 7 month old daughter swimming for the first time today & the staff were so friendly and helpful. As we are here on holiday we can’t come all the time, but will definitely be returning before we go home and will be back next year on our yearly holiday to the area. It may not be the most modern pool area but the small pool was lovely and warm and very spacious, my husband swam in the larger pool which was cooler but again ample space. Lovely and clean facilities with very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you so much.
We recently went for a swim whilst on our holidays with friends. The pools aren't anything to write home about, and the changing rooms are diabolical. The showers didn't work properly, and instead of lockers, you're offered a green recycling bin to put your belongings in and take to the poolside. Wasn't overly Impressed, and probably wouldn't return again.

A nice local older facility with a fantastic family swimming deal of £5 Tuesday 3-5. Let down by the need for a real good clean. Both the pool tiles really grubby and changing rooms generally need an intensive deep clean and then regular upgrade on the current practices.
A great facility with lots to offer locals and tourists. Although some features could be improved to make it a 5 Star attraction pool needs new floor tiles and lockers are broken.
Great for a swim on a rainy day. Staff were great, even in the face of impatient and rude customers on a busy day. Sensible system in place to prevent overcrowding new groups every 20 mins for an hour based on coloured wrist bands. Small pool for tots really warm, large pool cooler but not uncomfortable.
The place is clean, and has modern working equipment, I scan myself in using my phone. Unusually for a gym these days you also benefit from natural daylight when the sun sines.
Took a neighbour for her COVID booster, easy to park.
Although the centre was modernised a couple of years ago, there are areas that need looking at. Showers in gents downstairs go from scalding to lukewarm. A number of the lockers are not usable because the locks are jammed. Gents urinals smell badly. Cost of drinks in the cafe is too high. There is an area of flooring in the gym that has been taped off for weeks as it was damaged by dropped weights, when will it be fixed?
