Jess made my appointment far-and-away my favorite tattoo appointment I've ever had, and it was around 6 hours of tattooing. All the artists in that day were so kind when they'd peak their heads in. Public transit options to the shop were easy as well. Pricing for my session was transparent from the get-go. If it weren't for the fact that my commute to the shop was a 14 hour ordeal, I'd be back next month. Lovely experience from start to finish. You're in good hands at Tenacious. Cleanliness: Very clean studio. Jess regularly swapped out her gloves when she touched anything other than my skin or the tattoo machine. Bathroom was clean. Exterior was tidy.
Had 2 tattoos here now, and have had a great experience both times. They were done by different artists Helen who was a guest artist and Jen who is a resident artist Couldn't be happy with the quality of the tattoos and the cleanliness of the studio

Friendly tattoo studio with good vibes. Very sharp stairs, but have wheelchair accessible studio on ground floor. Mark is and remains good company and a good tattoo artist! Thank you so much for suffering me for 10 hrs, Mark. Each room has ~2 artists, so it's not overwhelming. And with a tattoo... you get what you pay for!
Have visited Tenacious both at the old location and the new premises on Prince of Wales Road and have great service every time. The artists are lovely and personable, particularly Hannah who has done the majority of my tattoos. Love that there is plenty of artwork around to view and though clearly a professional environment, it has a relaxed, creative atmosphere which really put me at ease my first time going. The studio itself is kept very clean and the artists are very patient and helpful. When getting a tattoo on the underside of my arm which I found quite painful, I was offered water and plenty of breaks which I appreciated and was thrilled with the finished product. Would definitely recommend Tenacious to anyone!
Absolutely fantastic place, had work done by Stephthehuman and it was a blast. Not only was the work my least painful tattoo I have over 20 and sat for 10 hours without problem it was also a very pleasant experience that I would recommend to anyone. The whole staff were friendly, randomly coming by to say hello, can't wait to come back for more
Such a great place! Staff was very welcoming and the place was charming and made me feel at home immediately. Very creative and polite people with loads of talent works there, can't wait until my next appointment. I travel from Sweden simply to go there, so that says a lot. Special thanks to Hannah Eaton for making my memorial cat tattoo the best possible one!
Very friendly tattoo studio with warm vibes. They have several rooms and although my tattoo was done in a room with another person, the room was great. Painted with blue like the waves of the ocean made me feel very relaxed and the music they had was good too. It was very friendly an natural with the tattoists sometimes talking between them and then us, the clients. As an ADHD person sometimes some situations make me feel very uncomfortable, but this wasn't the case. Mark seems a very down to earth person and relaxed and made feel super confortable. Best tattoo experience!
