I doubt I’ll be going back to Tenpin. The staff is friendly and does their best, but that’s about the only highlight. Cleanliness is a serious issue here—the tables seem like they haven’t been wiped down in ages, and there’s trash and leftover food all over. It’s just off-putting. Then there’s the food, which, honestly, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. It’s so bad it makes you wonder if they even have a proper kitchen. For a better experience, there other places in Nottingham. They’re cleaner, have decent food, and don’t feel neglected like Tenpin.
Love going here staff are always polite. Only downside is lane 1 is the only lane wide enough to fit my specialise wheelchair . I’m not always able to book lane 1 so occasionally I haven’t been able to bowl. It would be nice if the other lanes could be altered to allow wheelchair users to use them. Staff always do their best to try and get lane 1 free.
We had a small party for my sons birthday and his friends. 2 hours and 2 games but we couldn't finish the second game due to the staff kept doing party games so we ran out of time. Though the staff where great and friendly. Pizza and chips was served and enjoyed by the kids and each was given a good sized chocolate bar. My son was given a gift bag which he loved. There are other things to do as well as bowling you can play pool, air hockey and plenty of arcade machines. Everything is wheelchair friendly. We will be going back again to have a family bowl and hopefully there won't be a time limit.
My daughter turned 8 and really enjoyed her tenpin party. Staff were brilliant food was great. The atmosphere was buzzing with all the other parties. All the parents said what good value for money the party package was and they are now thinking of booking. I would highly recommend a tenpin party. The tenpin goody bag was a lovely surprise. We booked the kareoke room for after and that was also amazing. We had a great morning. Thank-you.
The rudest staff you’ll ever encounter. The manager that booked me in spoke to me like I was a naughty three year old for being five minutes late and then tried to blame us for the faulty bumpers on the lane. It’s a bitter pill to swallow when you’re paying so much for such a short experience. The faulty equipment just added to a terrible experience from start to finish. Give this place a wide berth and go to Roxy or Nottingham Bowl, both with far better reviews and not based in a derelict site in decline so far more options for food and drink as you won’t want any from Tenpin; it’s shocking.

We've just done the Escape room Alcatraz, wow it was awesome! So much fun and a lot harder than we thought it would be! Definitely would recommend it with family and friends. We did it in 55.33 with only 3 tips staff was amazing! Gareth booking ref 125891 He made the whole experience so much fun in and out of character! We've just booked again for the toy one, fingers crossed we get him again!

Here's a suggestion for your Google review: **Rating: 1/5** My daughter attended a laser tag birthday party here yesterday, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The venue booked both an all-girls and an all-boys party in the same time slot, which led to an unsafe environment for the girls. Several boys were swearing, kicking, and hitting my daughter during the game, and shockingly, the staff did nothing to stop it. It's very concerning that the workers allowed this kind of behavior and didn't intervene to prevent bullying. My daughter left feeling hurt and upset. I expected a fun, safe environment for kids, but sadly, that wasn’t the case. I would not recommend this place if you're looking for a venue that ensures the safety and enjoyment of all children.
